Ingredients:

1/2 kg medium-sized karelas (bitter gourds)
200 gms onion, finely chopped
1-2 green chilies, slit
2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Salt, to taste
Cooking Oil as needed
lemon juice -01 tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped for garnish

Firstly, wash the bitter gourd with water and cut it into small pieces. Cut the onion into lengths. Take more onion with bitter gourd; the taste will be good.
Now add salt to the chopped bitter gourd and mix well. Leave it for 10 minutes.
Mix the turmeric, red chili powder, and ginger garlic paste, and let it sit for some time.

Now put the oil in a pan and heat it. Once the oil is hot, adjust the heat to medium.
