For the Manchurian Balls:
Carrot – 1 cup (grated)
Cabbage – 1/2 cup (grated)
Onion – 1 green (finely chopped)
Chilli – 2 ( chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Maida – 2 tbsp
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
For seasonings and sauces:
Onion- 1 cup (finely chopped )
Garlic- 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Red chilli sauce- 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce- 1 tbsp
Vinegar- 1 tbsp
Salt and black pepper to taste
Other materials for decoration:
Boiled macaroni – 1 cup 1 tbsp

Method of preparation Veg Manchurian Dry

Take a big bowl and add chopped cabbage, carrots, onions, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, maida, cornflour, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Make small balls by kneading the mixture.
Fry these balls in hot oil until golden and keep separate.

Heat some oil in a pan. Subsequently, introduce soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato sauce, and vinegar.
Now add soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato sauce, and vinegar. Add salt and pepper as per taste.
Add boiled macaroni and fried Manchurian balls. Thoroughly combine all ingredients to ensure the sauce is uniformly distributed.
